Our return policy
If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered, you may return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt. All items returned/exchanged must be in their original state with the original tags attached for full refund/exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping costs sending items back to our warehouse. This does not include shipping and processing fees which are non-refundable.
Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Items that are non-refundable: compression socks, shoes with moderate (very visible) wear & tear.
Refunds
We process refunds within 5-10 day business days of receipt. Please allow at least 2-3 business days for your bank to credit your account.
